RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Returns

At Lorix, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The watch must be unused and in its original condition.
  • All original packaging, tags, and accessories must be included.
  • The product must not show signs of wear, damage, or misuse.

Lorix reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.


Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • The refund will be issued through the original payment method or bank transfer, depending on the payment method used.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item received was defective or incorrect.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To speed up the process, kindly provide:

  • Order Number
  • Photos of the product
  • Photos of the packaging

We will arrange a replacement or full refund after verification.


Exchange Policy

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or received incorrectly.


Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Products damaged due to misuse or negligence.
  • Watches showing signs of wear after use.
  • Products returned without original packaging.
