Order Processing

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Delivery Time
Estimated delivery times:
- Major Cities: 2–4 Business Days
- Other Areas: 3–7 Business Days
Delivery times may vary depending on location, weather conditions, public holidays, or courier delays.
Shipping Charges
- Free Shipping on all orders across Pakistan.
Any special shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed during checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you may receive a tracking number via SMS, email, or WhatsApp (if available).
Cash on Delivery (COD)
Lorix offers Cash on Delivery (COD) throughout Pakistan.
Please ensure that the provided contact information and shipping address are accurate to avoid delivery issues.
Failed Deliveries
If a customer is unavailable or provides incorrect information resulting in a failed delivery, our team may contact the customer to arrange a second delivery attempt.
Damaged Packages
If your package appears damaged upon arrival, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order and provide photos of:
- The package
- The product
- Any visible damage
